ITL North East Limited (www.interpretingline.co.uk) supports apprenticeships in the North East Region via the Learning Curve Group.

Despite the hard times ITL Northeast has continued invest in people and enrich the local communities by taking in young people via the apprenticeship scheme.

Over the years ITL has been supporting the government’s apprenticeship programme through various providers. The last two years 2021 to 2022 we have been able to offer apprenticeship to Newcastle College students who were taking Customer Services, who then successfully graduated with an A Plus. The company continued to offer and support the apprenticeship programme even through the most sensitive period of just coming out of the peak of covid where there is still instability of SMEs future.
Richard Collins, Managing Director of ITL North East Limited (www.interpretingline.co.uk), says that, ‘’ we are pleased to announce that we have been able offer apprenticeship places to a national company called Learning Curve Group with local offices in County Durham. The group are also Investors in People.
Dylan said that ‘’ I went to College for a year and it was not suitable for me I want to go to work and learn and earn at the same time. I am thankful to ITL NorthEast who has given me this opportunity’’
Going into an apprenticeship scheme helps the young person from 16-24 years old earn a living as well as receive an academic award such as an NVQ Level 2-3 in either Business Administration, Customer Service, AAT Accounting award, Digital marketing. This is an attractive means for the young people to get qualifications and be paid and trained appropriately whilst working.
