Our Quality Statement

We are ISO 9001:2008 accredited firm and therefore have a well documented quality management structure in place. The ISO 9001 standard is an internationally recognised quality management system with many of its requirements equivalent to those of BS EN 15038, making the standard fully compatible. Our systems are audited through QMS International PLC to ensure full compliance to the standard.

We also were awarded ISO 27001:2013 Information Security accreditation and so can confirm that we maintain a high quality translation and interpreting service including the provision of BSL, lip speakers and medical and heavy machinery transcription service while ensuring the protection and integrity of any confidential client data.

We possess cyber security and are members of the ICO Information Commission Organisation.

During this Covid-19 pandemic, all of our interpreters comply with the PPE requirements and respect social distancing as well as requirements set by the NHS and council visits.

At a grassroots level, we obtain opinion surveys and listen to our customers and interpreters alike to improve our service on a topical basis.

We are also corporate members to the Institute of Translators and Interpreters (ITI) which is the UKs only dedicated association for practicing translation and interpreting professionals. We also adhere to their code of professional conduct . We have mandatory and essential policies in place all throughout our organisation
